NOTIFICATION
(Income Tax)
S.R.O. 682 (I)/2016. - In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section 4 of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 662(I)/2016 dated 2nd August, 2016, titled KARACHI, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(1) in the Table, in column (1), after S.No VIII, the following two new Categories and the entries relating thereto in columns (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7) and (8) shall be added, namely:-
| "IX | 3,100 | --- | 38,000 | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| X | 8,500 | 10,000 | 38,000 | --- | --- | --- | 3,000" |
(2) In the APPENDIX, in column (1), after S.No. 193, the following two new S. Nos. and the entries relating thereto in (1), (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6) shall be added, namely:-

| 195. | Bahria Town Karachi Super Highway | X | X | --- | X" |

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), against S.No IX, in column (2), for the figure and comma "3,100", the figure and comma "9,100" shall be substituted.
