S.R.O. 778(I)/2018. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Board with the approval of the Federal Minister-in-charge is pleased to rescind with effect from the 1st July, 2018 its Notification No. S.R.O. 962(I)/2015, dated the 30th September, 2015.
