NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX AND FEDERAL EXCISE)
S.R.O. 779(I)/2018. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, and sub-section (2) of section 16 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Board with the approval of the Federal Minister-in-charge is pleased to rescind the following Notifications, namely:-
(a) No. S.R.O. 499(I)/2016, dated the 27th July, 2016;
(b) No. S.R.O. 721(I)/2016, dated the 8th August, 2016;
(c) No. S.R.O. 42(I)/2017, dated the 26th January, 2017;
(d) No. S.R.O. 139(I)/2017, dated the 6th March, 2017; and
(e) No. S.R.O. 47(I)/2018, dated the 23rd January, 2018.
- This Notification shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of July, 2018.
