NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 962(I)/2015.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the sales tax shall be charged on import and supplies of furnace oil (PCT heading 2710.1941) at the rate of 20% ad valorem.
- This notification shall take effect on and from the 1st October, 2015.
