(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 780(I)/2018. - In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (1A) of section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made with effect from the 1st July, 2018 in its Notification No. S.R.O. 648(I)/2013, dated the 9th July, 2013, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(a) in the preamble, for the word "two", the word "three" shall be substituted; and
(b) in the Table, in column (1), after S. No. 10 and entries relating thereto in column (2), the following new serial number and corresponding entries relating thereto in column (2) shall be added, namely:-
| "11. | Supplies of foam or spring mattresses and other foam products for household use.". |
