S.R.O. 416 (I)/2009.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (9) of
section 7 of the Finance Act, 1989 (V of 1989), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased
to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Capital Value Tax
Rules 1990, namely:-
