(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 710 (I)/2018. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.640 (I)/2018, dated the 24th May, 2018, namely: -
In the aforesaid Notification, in paragraph 2, after clause (m), the word "and" at the end shall be omitted and in clause (n), after the semicolon the word "and" shall be added and thereafter the following new clause shall be added, namely: -
"(o) import under PCT codes 0707.0000, 0804.2000, 0806.1000, 0806.2000, 0807.1100, 0807.1900, 0808.1000, 0809.1000, 0810.9010, 0812.9000, 0813.1000 and 0813.2000.".
