NOTIFICATION
(Customs)

S.R.O. 637(I)/2018.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 894(I)/2006, dated the 31st August, 2006, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification,-

(a) in the Table, in column (1),-

(i) S. Nos. 157 and 158 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4) shall be omitted;

(ii) against S. No. 159, for the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"23099000 Other 10";

(iii) for S. No. 494 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"494 a 85081110 In CKD/SKD condition 10
494 b 85081190 Other 10"; and

(iv) for S. No. 495 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

495 a 85086011 In CKD/SKD condition 30
495 b 85086019 Other 30".
