NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)

S.R.O.642 (I)/2018.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O 655(I)/2006, dated the 22nd June, 2006, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification,-

(a) In the conditions:-

(i) in condition (iii), after the expressions "Engineering Development Board (EDB)", the expressions "or Input Output Co-efficient Organization (IOCO)" shall be inserted;

(ii) in condition (v), after the words "Engineering Development Board ", the words "or Input Output Co-efficient Organization" shall be inserted;

(iii) in condition (vi) and (ixa), after the letters "EDB", wherever occurring, the letters "or IOCO" shall be inserted, respectively;

(iv) in condition (x), after the words "Engineering Development Board ", the words "or Input Output Co-efficient Organization" shall be inserted;

(v) in condition (xii) and sub-para (b), after the letters "EDB", wherever occurring, the letters "or IOCO" shall be inserted, respectively; and

(vi) in condition (xiia), after the words "Engineering Development Board", the words "or Input Output Co-efficient Organization" shall be inserted.

(b) In the Form-A, after the words "Engineering Development Board", wherever occurring, the words "or Input Output Co-efficient Organization" shall be inserted, respectively; and

(c) In the Form-C, after the letter "EDB", the words "or IOCO" shall be inserted.
