S.R.O.37(I)/2020.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 18 of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.670(I)/2019, dated the 28th June, 2019, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in paragraph 3, in clause (iii), after the expression "PCT codes", the expression "52.01, 52.03" shall be inserted, from the 15th January, 2020.
