NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)

S.R.O.288(I)/2020.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. SRO 670(I)/2019 dated the 28th June, 2019 namely: -

In the aforesaid Notification, -

(a) in the first paragraph, in clause (iii), the PCT codes 1507.1000, 1507.9000, 1511.1000, 1511.9020, 1511.9030, 1512.1100, 1512.1900, 1514.1100 and 1514.1900 shall be omitted; and

(b) In the third paragraph; -

(i) in serial number (xv), the word "and" at the end shall be omitted; and

(ii) in serial number (xvi), for the full stop at the end, a semi colon and word "and" shall be substituted and thereafter the following shall be inserted namely: -

"(xvii) Oil Seeds and Edible oils falling under PCT codes 1201.1000, 1205.1000, 1206.0000, 1507.1000, 1507.9000, 1511.1000, 1511.9020, 1511.9030, 1512.1100, 1512.1900, 1514.1100 and 1514.1900."

  1. This notification shall remain effective till 30th June, 2020.
