S.R.O 122 (I)/2020. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1090(I)/2010, dated the 1st December, 2010, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the preamble, for the expression "Frontier Corps [Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (North/ South) including FATA]" the expression "Frontier Corps [Baluchistan (North/South), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (North/ South)]" shall be substituted.
