S.R.O. 166 (I)/2020.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O 645(I)/2018, dated the 24th May, 2018, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, after Table 1, in the proviso, after the expression "Rules, 2001", the expression "or the Export Oriented Units and Small and Medium Enterprises Rules, 2008" shall be inserted.
