NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O.236(I)/2016.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.568(I)/2014 dated the 26th June,2014, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1),-
(a) against Sr.Nos.290,291,292, 293 and 294, in column (4), for the figure "15", the figure "30", shall be substituted;
(b) against Sr.No.298, in column (4), for the figure "10", the figure "25", shall be substituted;
(c) against Sr.No.299, in column (4), for the figure "15", the figure "30", shall be substituted;
(d) against Sr.No.300, in column (4), for the figure "20", the figure "35", shall be substituted;
(e) against Sr.Nos.304, 305 and 317, in column (4), for the figure "10", the figure "25", shall be substituted; and
(f) after serial number 313, the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), shall be inserted, namely:-
"313A 7601.2000 Aluminum alloys 10."
- This Notification shall be effective till 30th day of June, 2016.
