(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 979 (I)/2015.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 21 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 209(I)/2009, dated the 5th March, 2009, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(a) in Schedule I, in column (2), against items No.5 and 8, in column (5), for the figures "0.43" and "0.90", the figures "0.81" and "1.14" shall respectively be substituted; and
(b) in Schedule II, in column (2), against items No.5 and 6, in column (5), for the figures "0.35" and "0.67", the figures "0.82" and "1.21" shall respectively be substituted.
