(Customs)
S.R.O.1248 (I)/2015.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to levy regulatory duty on the import of maize at the rate of Thirty percent (30%) ad-valorem falling under Pakistan Customs Tariff Code (PCT) 1005.9000 of the First Schedule to the said Act.
