Amendments in S.R.O 693(I)/2006

NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)

S.R.O.1189(I)/2015. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O 693(I)/2006, dated the 1st July, 2006, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the preamble,-

(1) in clause (a), for the figure "15%", the figure "16%" shall be substituted; and

(2) in clause (b), in the Table, in column (1),-

(a) against serial No. 3, in column (4), for the figure "25%", the figure "26%" shall be substituted;
(b) against serial No. 5, in column (4), for the figure "30%" the figure "31%" shall be substituted;
(c) against serial No. 6, in column (4), for the figure "17.5%" the figure "18.5%" shall be substituted;
(d) against serial No. 6a, in column (4), for the figure "30%" the figure "31%" shall be substituted;
(e) against serial No. 7, in column (4), for the figure "25%" the figure "26%" shall be substituted;
(f) against serial No. 8, in column (4), for the figure "30%" the figure "31%" shall be substituted; and
(g) against serial No. 9, in column (4), for the expression "32.5% ad val but 28.75% for motorcycles for a period of one year" the expression "33.5% ad val" shall be substituted.
