NOTIFICATION
(Customs, Sales Tax and Income Tax)

S.R.O. 1175 (I)/2015. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969) clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, and sections 148 and 53 read with the Second Schedule to the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 577(I)/2005, dated the 6th June, 2005, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the TABLE, in column (1),

(a) against S. No. 3, in column (3), for the figure "12000", the figure "13200" shall be substituted;

(b) against S. No. 4, in column (3), for the figure "16900", the figure "18590" shall be substituted;

(c) against S. No. 5, in column (3), for the figure "20500", the figure "22550" shall be substituted; and

(d) against S. No. 6, in column (3), for the figure "25400", the figure "27940" shall be substituted.

2.. This Notification shall take effect on and from the 1st day of December 2015.
