(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 719 (I)/2015. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the sales tax shall be charged on the supply of electrical energy generated exclusively through high speed diesel (PCT heading 2716.0000) at the same rate of sales tax as is charged on high speed diesel (HSD).
