(Sales Tax)
S.R.O 852(I)/2016.- In exercise of powers conferred by section 30, 30A and 30E of the Sales Tax Act, 1990. the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that following amendments shall be made in its Notification SRO 116(I)/2015 dated 9th February, 2015, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the TABLE, in column (1),-
(i) against serial numbers 4, in column 5, in entry I, after the word "the" occurring for the second time, the word, "Corporate" shall be inserted;
(ii) against serial numbers 5, in column 5, in entry I, after the word "the" occurring for the second time the word "Corporate" shall be inserted;
(iii) against serial numbers 15, in column 5, in entry I, after the word "the" occurring for the second time the word " Corporate" shall be inserted; and
(iv) against serial numbers 18, in column 5, in entry I, after the word "the" occurring for the second time the word "Corporate" shall be inserted.
