(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 489(I)/2016.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 read with sub-section (1) of section 71, clause (22A) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to rescind the following Notifications, namely:-
(i) No. S.R.O. 115(I)/2008, dated the 6th February, 2008; and
(ii) No. S.R.O. 212(I)/2014, dated the 26th March, 2014
