(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 487(I)/2016.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (1A) of section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 648(I/2013, dated 9th July, 2013, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(i) in the preamble, for the word "one", the word "two" shall be substituted; and
(ii) in the Table, in column (1) after serial number 6, the following new serial number and corresponding entries relating thereto in column (2) shall be inserted, namely:-
| "7. | Second hand worn clothing and other worn articles falling under PCT heading 6309.0000.". |
