NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 470 (I)/2015.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 383(I)/2015, dated the 30th April, 2015, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1),-
(i) against S. No. 1, in column (4), for the figure "20", the figure "19" shall be substituted;
(ii) against S. No. 2, in column (4), for the figure "34", the figure "28" shall be substituted; and
(iii) after S. No. 2 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following new S. No. and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
