(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 255(I)/2015.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 175(I)/2015, dated the 27th February, 2015, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1) against S. NO. 4, in column (4), for the figure "37", the figure "32" shall be substituted.
- This notification shall take effect on and from the 1st April, 2015.
