(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 1267(I)/2018. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) and sub-section (6) of section 8 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 488(I)/2004, dated the 12th June, 2004, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, after omitted clause (ba), the following new clause shall be inserted, namely:-
"(bc) unmanufactured tobacco;".
