(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 1355(I)/2018.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 30A and section 30E of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1301(I)/2018, dated the 29th October, 2018, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in para 2, in the Table, in column (1), against S. No. 22, in column (4), after the word "Sections", the expression "25A, 37, 37A," shall be inserted.
