NOTIFICATION
(Income Tax)
S.R.O. 1376(I)/2019.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment be made in its notification no. SRO. 843(I) 2019 dated 23.07.2019 titled "Rawalpindi" namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(1) in the table, against serial no. 50 , in column (2), after the word "Greens" the word "Residential" shall be inserted.
(2) in the table, in column (1) after serial no. 50 , as amended above, the following new serial no. and the entries relating thereto in column no. (2), (3) and (4) shall be added namely:-
| "51 | Gulberg Greens Farm Houses ( 4 Kanal and above) | 250,000 | 2,500,000" |
