(Income Tax)
S.R.O. 1071 (I)/2017. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 228 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the Board is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O 660(I)/2005, dated 30th June 2005, specifying functions, jurisdiction and powers of the Directorate-General of Internal Audit, the following amendments shall be made, namely:
In the aforesaid Notification, in paragraph 2, sub-paragraph (2) shall be omitted.
