Amendment in Notification No. S.R.O 115(I)/2015 dated 9th February, 2015

NOTIFICATION
(Income Tax)

S.R.O. 851(I)/2016.- in exercise of powers conferred by section 230 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), read with section 208 and sub-section (1) of section 209 thereof, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that following amendments shall be made in its Notification SRO 115(I)/2015 dated 9th February, 2015, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the TABLE, in column (1),-

(i) against serial numbers 4, in column 5, in entry I, after the word "the" occurring for the second time, for the words and figures, "Regional Tax Offices, I, II, III, Karachi", the words and figures "Corporate Regional Tax Office, Karachi and Regional Tax Offices, II and III, Karachi" shall be substituted;

(ii) against serial numbers 5, in column 5, in entry I, after the word "the" occurring for the second time, for the words and figures, "Regional Tax Offices, I and II, Lahore" the words and figures, "Corporate Regional Tax Office, Lahore and Regional Tax Offices, II Lahore" shall be substituted;

(iii) against serial numbers 15, in column 5, in entry I, after the word "of" occurring for the second time, the word "Corporate" shall be inserted; and

(iv) against serial numbers 19, in column 5, in entry I, after the word "and" the word "Corporate" shall be inserted.
