S.R.O. 1020 (1)/2020.- In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2A) of section 148 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to rescind its Notification No.S.R.O. 947(1)/2008 dated the 5th September, 2008.
