NOTIFICATION
S.R.O. 787 (I)/2021.- (1) In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Pakistan Single Window Act, 2021 (Act III of 2021), hereinafter referred to as the Act, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the Act shall come into force on the 1st day of July, 2021.
(2) Any action taken under any other law for the time being in force, for the implementation of the Act or anything ancillary thereto, shall be deemed to have lawfully been taken from the date of coming into force of such other laws.
