NOTIFICATION
S.R.O. 792 (I)/2021. - (1) In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Pakistan Single Window Act, 2021 (Act III of 2021) hereinafter referred to as the Act, the Lead Agency is pleased to designate Pakistan Single Window, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017 (XIX of 2017) (CUIN: 0150222) as the Operating Entity for the purpose of the Act.
(2) The Operating Entity shall perform such functions and be entrusted with such responsibilities as are assigned to it under the Act, rules and regulations issued thereunder and/or contained in the Memoranda of Understanding signed by the Operating Entity with the Governing Council and with Lead Agency in terms of sub-section (5) of section 6 of the Act or as specified in its own memorandum of association under the Companies Act, 2017.
