NOTIFICATION
S.R.O. 793 (I)/2021. - In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Pakistan Single Window Act, 2021 (Act III of 2021), hereinafter referred to as the Act, the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan is pleased to appoint the Special Judges Customs and Taxation appointed under section 185 of the Customs Act, 1969 (Act IV of 1969), to be the Special Judges for trying offences under the provisions of the Act, in their respective jurisdictions, in addition to their own duties.
