Declaration of M/s NLC off-dock terminals (DDT) at Sultanabad Karachi as Customs Ports u/s 9 & 10 and 78 of the Customs Act, 1969

NOTIFICATION

Islamabad, the 21st May, 2024.

S.R.O. 696(I)/2024.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 9 and 10 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to declare the Off-Dock Terminal, M/s. National Logistics Corporation (NLC), Karachi, having land measuring 59,537 square meter (14.712 Acre) situated adjacent to the New Haji Camp, Sultanabad, Karachi, to be a Customs-Port for the purpose of clearance of goods or any class of goods imported or to be exported and to specify the following to be the limits of the aforesaid Off-Dock Terminal, namely:-

"(a) north by New Haji Camp;
(b) south by NLC DP World Terminal;
(c) east by Sultanabad; and
(d) west by 80 feet wide road."
