Regarding under sections 9 & 10 of the Customs Act, 1969

NOTIFICATION

Islamabad, the 29th April, 2024.

S.R.O.640(I)/2024. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e) of section 9 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to declare the premises having following coordinates as "Customs House, Torkham" for the purposes of the said Act, and also to declare the limits thereof as follows, namely:-

(i) Coordinates:

(a) North Corner Latitude - 94281.593, Longitude - 3776933.735;
(b) East Corner Latitude - 694502.024, Longitude - 3776637.119;
(c) South Corner Latitude - 693548.029, Longitude - 3777170.508;
(d) West Corner Latitude - 693329.431, Longitude - 3777553.492; and

(ii) Limits:

(a) North-West : Village Bacha Mina;
(b) South- East : Base of Shamshad Mountain Ridge along cement road;
(c) East-South : Old Railway Track from Shaheed Mor upto Land Khana Railway Station; and
(d) South-West : Pak-Afghanistan border.
