Regarding under sections 9 & 10 of the Customs Act, 1969

NOTIFICATION

Islamabad, the 29th April, 2024.

S.R.O 643 (I) /2024.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) and clause (c) of section 9 and clause (a) of section 10 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to declare the Customs Border Terminal, Chaman, which alone shall be land customs station for the clearance of goods or any class of goods imported or exported by land for the purposes of the said Act, and also to declare the limits thereof as follows, namely:

(i) Coordinates:-

(a) On the East Lat : 30.950402 - 30.950611 Long : 66.439237 -66.439309;
(b) On the West Lat : 30.950449 - 30.950737 Long : 66.438909 -66.439006;
(c) On the North Lat : 30.950741 - 30.950697 Long : 66.439004 -66.43142; and
(d) On the South Lat : 30.950444- 30.950413 Long : 66.438911 -66.439056; and

(ii) Limits:-

(a) North-East - Killi Faizo;
(b) North- West - Killi Akbar, Killi Bacha;
(c) South - Killi Haji Bawal;
(d) West Killi Imran; and
(d) South-West - Killi Kabir, Killi Azeem.
