NOTIFICATION
S.R.O. 685 (I)/2026.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 78 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to authorize the Terminal Storage Area-A (TSA-A) yard, measuring eight acres, of Port Qasim Authority, Karachi, for the temporary storage of international transshipment cargo in the wake of prevailing emergency and war-like situation in the Gulf region. The following shall be the limits of the aforesaid TSA-A yard of the M/s. Port Qasim Authority, namely:-
| (i) | On north-west; | PQA reserved Road (under constructed); |
| (ii) | On south: | PQA reserved Road (constructed); |
| (iii) | On north-east: | PQA Plot POZ/SP 06; |
| (iv) | On south-east: | Masjid Talha. |
