NOTIFICATION
S.R.O 889 (I)/2026:- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 10 and section 78 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to declare additional area measuring 59,371 square meter from the reclaimed area, adjoining the boundaries of the Pakistan Deep Water Container Port (South Asia Pakistan Terminal), to be a Custom area of the terminal for storage of empty containers and to specify the following to be the limits of the aforesaid custom area namely:-
to the North: Shahid Ansari Road, Oil area-KPT (155 meter)
to the South: South Asia Pakistan Terminal (Wall 169 meter)
to the East: Bounded by Sea & Fence (417 meter)
to the West: South Asia Pakistan Terminal (Wall 377 meter)
This permission shall be strictly valid within the period of validity of lease of this land in the name of Pakistan Deep Water Container Port (South Asia Pakistan Terminal).
