(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 518 (I)/2026.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 78 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to authorize M/s DP World (QICT), Karachi, for the temporary storage of international transshipment cargo units at the berth backup area situated at Plot No.SP-05 measuring 16.9 acres in North Eastern Industrial Zone, Port Qasim Authority, Karachi, in the wake of prevailing emergency and war-like situation in the Gulf region. Following to be the limits of the aforesaid berth backup area of the M/s. DP World (QICT) terminal, namely:-
| (i) | On north: | PQA reserved Road; |
| (ii) | On south | PQA reserved Road; |
| (iii) | On east: | by FAP 2-acre plot (BBA-SP-O5 measuring 2-acre SWIZ, PQA Karachi); |
| (iv) | On west: | PQA reserved Road. |
