(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 580(I)/2020.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 43(I)/2014, dated the 20th January, 2014, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(i) in the first paragraph, after the words, "not below the rank of Fleet Petty Officer within their respective jurisdiction.", a new "expression" shall be inserted, namely:-
"Pakistan Maritime Security Agency shall furnish the monthly details of seizures as per the following format to the Collector of Customs (Enforcement and Compliance) within their respective jurisdiction by the 5th day of each month:-
