(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 578(I)/2020.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1090(I)/2010, dated the 1st December, 2010, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(a) in the first paragraph, in clause (iv), the word "and" at the end shall be omitted and thereafter the following new clause shall be inserted, namely :-
"(iva) the law enforcement agencies shall furnish the monthly details of seizures as per the following format to the Collector of Customs (Enforcement and Compliance) within their respective jurisdiction by the 5th day of each month:-
