(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 560(I)/2017.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O 693(I)/2006, dated the 1st July, 2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(a) after the Table, in the first proviso, after the words "new entrant", occurring for the first time, the words and figures "till the 30th June, 2016", shall be inserted;
(b) in Appendix-I,-
in the first column, against PCT heading 8409.9110, in the second column, after entry (7), the following new entry shall be added, namely;
"(8) Cylinder Head (upto 70cc)"; and
(c) for the existing Appendix-II and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely,-
