S.R.O. 558 (I)/2017.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Board, with approval of the Federal Minister-in-charge, is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made and shall always deemed to be so made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 655(I)/2006, dated the 22nd June, 2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in condition (xi), after the words "additional customs-duty", the words, letters and figures "under S.R.O. 693(I)/2006, dated the 1st July, 2006" shall be inserted.
