NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 563(I)/2017.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 181 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.499(I)/2009, dated the 13th June, 2009, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(i) in the TABLE, under serial number (2), in clause (e), in column (2), after the word "condition", the expression "excluding Front Cabin/half Cut HTV/LTV/ Cars, with or without chassis number" shall be inserted; and
(ii) in the Explanation, at the end, for the expression "from Model Customs Collectorate (PaCCS)", the expression "effected through Customs Computerized System (CCS)" shall be substituted.
