NOTIFICATION
S.R.O. 663(I)/2026.- In exercise of the powers conferred under section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, read with section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969) and sub-section (2A) of section 148 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the Federal Government is pleased to rescind the following notifications, with immediate effect, namely:-
(i) S.R.O. No. 455(I)/2026 dated the 5th March, 2026; and
(ii) S.R.O. No. 527(I)/2026 dated the 19th March, 2026.
