NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 527(I)/2026.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, and in pursuance of the decision of the Federal Cabinet in Case No. 95/Rule-19/2026/40 dated the 4th February, 2026, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification. No. S.R.O. 1217(I)/2025 dated the 8th July, 2025, namely:-
"In the aforesaid Notification, in condition (iii), for the expression "30th day of November, 2025", the expression "28th day of February, 2026" shall be substituted.
