(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 643(I)/2016.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to exempt whole of sales tax chargeable on import of three sets of Braun-i-Scan Body Scanner-Dual View, Model BRAU1950, received as donation from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by the Anti Narcotics Force, an attached department of the Narcotics Control Division, subject to the condition that the goods shall be used exclusively for the purpose for which these are imported and that the same shall not be disposed of in any way without explicit approval of the Federal Board of Revenue.
