(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 116 (I)/2017.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to exempt whole of sales tax on supply of furniture and other equipment for IT labs of three colleges in Azad Jammu and Kashmir affected by earthquake of 2005 subject to the condition that payment in respect of such supplies is made out of Saudi Fund for Development (SFD) grant signed through an Agreement between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on 11th July, 2006.
