Islamabad, the 25th November 2022.
S.R.O. No.2061(I)/2022,- In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 69F of Chapter XA of the Sales Tax Rules, 2006, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to establish check posts as specified in column (2) of the Table below with mobile teams as specified in column (3) thereof on the routes as specified in column (4) of that Table originating from tax-exempt areas for the purpose as specified in section 40D of the Sales Tax Act, 1990 (VII of 1990), namely.
