(SALES TAX)
S.R.O.252(I)/2016.- In exercise of powers conferred by section 30, 30A and 30E of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification S.R.O. 116(I)/2015, dated the 9th February, 2015, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the TABLE, in column (1),-
(i) against S. No. 4, in column (5), in entry I, after the word "Karachi" occurring for the first time the expression, ", Large Taxpayers Unit-II, Karachi," shall be inserted; and
(ii) against S. No. 16, in column (5), in entry I, after the word "Karachi", the expression ", Large Taxpayers Unit-II, Karachi" shall be inserted.
